Terrible company to deal with and the customer service is diabolical. Windows and door are of a very poor quality and cheaply made. The installation has been done to a very poor standard. The sealant around the inside and outside windows and door is very untidy and the beading has started to fall off after 1 month of install. The front door still has problems with it and it has been over 1 year since install. Definitely would not recommend this company or his sons company to install any windows or doors.

Avoid this company and his sons company ( T & T Installations ) for any doors and windows. The quality of the products are rubbish and the workmanship is diabolical. They install faulty products that leak and refuse to replace them under their 10 year guarantee. They do not install their products properly. They leave a front door that does not close properly and refuse to repair it. Customer services from both companies are diabolical. I have stopped 15 potential customers going to these companies for doors and windows. People do yourself a favour and choose a professional company to install doors and windows. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR HIS SONS COMPANY TO INSTALL DOORS AND WINDOWS.

Diabolical products and workmanship. The installation and the quality of these products makes the house look a mess on the outside. Thank god I only got the front done. I will get the back done by a professional company. Definitely would not recommend this company or his sons company to install windows and doors.

Diabolical company to deal with and the customer service is terrible. Front door still not repaired and it has been more than a year since fitted. Company have been out to it, but said that nothing is wrong with it. Company now refuse to come out to the door and repair it . What is the point of having a 10 year guarantee. The door leaks when it rains and is very draughty and lets the cold in down the side of the door. The door does not close properly at the bottom because it catches the threshold and the rain deflector catches the outside side frame when closed. The window opening is not straight on one of the windows. Certass should come out and look at the quality of the fitting of this door. Definitely would not recommend this company or his sons company to install any windows or doors.

Diabolical products and workmanship. The products look cheap and poorly made by there supplier. The front door is not installed properly and is faulty. This company will not come back to it to sort the problems out. Totally a waste of money and I feel they have ripped me off. Definitely would avoid this company and his sons company for any windows and doors. AVOID!!! AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!
