Tim Slater5 StarAbsolutely great service, Hillel was courteous and professional when he visited my home to take measurements. He was on time and there was quick availability for an appointment. The carpet was a little more expensive than the big brand stores but the service was so much better and worth the money. The carpet fitters were great too, they communicated well and did a fantastic job. I'd highly recommend using Hillel and his team.Thursday 30th June 2022
sharron fagen1 StarThe customer service is terrible.I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I could help it. I asked for a quote and went to the shop to choose the carpet and decided on a cheaper one and when they called with my new quote it was dearer than the original. When I queried how this is possible he realised He had quoted me the wrong price originally. I said but if I went with the original carpet you wouldn’t have checked the price. I said that is not my fault and you should honour the original price. I’m not talking about a few pounds I’m talking about nearly £700. He wouldn’t back down so they have now lost a customer because I wouldn’t give them my money. I will definitely not recommend anyone to go there.Thursday 9th December 2021
gi gi3 StarI have used this business on 3 different occasions for carpet fitting and laminate fitting. The carpet fitting on my staircase unfortunately was very poor despite us choosing a very high quality expensive carpet the fitters did a fast messy job leaving the carpet looking ruggy. The laminate fitting was good but we have a bumb at one of the areas, I have called them multiple times about both jobs asking for someone to come over and check the jobs but I have been ignored. Unfortunately this is not the service I would expect from a local business.Sunday 31st October 2021
