If there was an option to give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrendous. Don’t understand a word of English for a start. We ordered food through just eat and received a text that it was out for delivery. Waited ages and rang them to see where the delivery was, to be told that they are closed. They are so rude and put the phone down twice. I honestly don’t know how they get any customers with no customer service skills what so ever and a disgusting attitude from every single person we tried to speak to! Anybody wanting to order Chinese, I’d go elsewhere. We should have checked all of the other terrible reviews before even trying to place an order!!!

Dreadful. Ordered on ubereats 1hr late and rang to chase up delivery and they lost the ticket and it hasnt started to be cooked yet. Avoid at all costs. Terrible!!!!

Do not order from this Chinese so ignorant saying order was not placed even when showing them the receipt from there own website and bank statement showing the payment had come out 0 customer service skills very poor attitude very rude

the food was 50 mins late we rang up and they told us it had set off but it hadn’t, they put phone down and the food came dry and lukewarm awful service

Ordered at 6.30 it is now 8.31 and still no food. Usual when called “it’s out for delivery” . Won’t be using again.
