We had our bathroom and a shower room suites and decor completely replaced at the same time. I can’t recommend Watermark highly enough, Mark and Shaun were very professional and helpful in the design, working out the best way to deliver what we wanted. Dave worked like a Trojan for 4 weeks getting it all done. We are over the moon with the results. Their professionalism and reliability make them the company to use.

We had a complete refit of the bathroom including removal of the bath and a walk-in shower fitted. Every item was relocated ....sink, loo,radiator, lights, fan installed, two layers of tiles removed, ceiling removed and replaced and new floor tiles. The level of professionalism from the whole team was second to none. From the initial visit to the house , through our visit to the showroom, the two fitters (Callum and Brandon) the tiler, the electrician and the final visit to check the job was completed, Watermark could not be faulted. We strongly recommend them for any aspect of bathroom renovation, big or small. We had daily progress updates and the site was left clean and tidy every day. Sean and Mark lead by example as their knowledge, expertise and customer service is superb. 10/10 and 5*.

The 'Watermark Bathrooms' team did a complete re-design and fit on both our main bathroom and en-suite. From the initial design and planning phase with both Sean & Mark, we felt confident that we were going to get the bathrooms we wanted. Throughout the installation, Denis would make sure we were happy with how everything was going, and that it was as we had wanted it. He was always on time and his work ethic was second to none. We also liked (and preferred) that there was no need for a skip to be placed on our driveway, as everything was removed daily. After seeing some recent installations by different companies in our local area, we can say with confidence that we definitely chose the best company to do our bathrooms. From start to finish they were professional and we would definitely recommend them, as well as use them ourselves again in the near future. Thanks to Denis, Sean, Mark and the rest of the team! 😀👏

Customer service is the MOST important and Mark and the team at Watermark are professional, efficient and just the best at what they do! A complete bathroom refurb completed quickly and efficiently! Mark has also been amazing enough to keep in contact after the work was done to ensure i was happy with everything. Could not recommend you guys enough!
