Great experience .. sold my car quick and without a faff .. money in the bank in 4 days (i took the free 4 day transfer) .. same day transfer is £50.. Got a good deal .. valuer reduced the price a bit from online quote but i understand the car was not exactly i put in the online forms and the guy showed me why he is reducing a bit. I am happy with my experience.

I dealt with a Lovely gentleman called Callum during my experience with we buy any car. He was honest, transparent and contrary to popular belief, they gave me the full asking price as they classed it as Grade 1! They paid off the finance and gave me the remainder, I can’t complain!

AVOID. Took my car here and it was valued under what was expected. I handed my car over anyway, a few days later I got a call off them to say they got the figure wrong and I owe £400. I refused this and went back the next day to pick up my car and it was in a terrible state. The drivers side wing mirror was off, I advised the staff it wasn't like this before and there will be proof on their system. The staff were INCREDIBLY rude and told me 'duno just email or sumet'. They had no interest in the condition my car was being given back to me. I emailed every contact and rang up for days on end, i even turned up to the garage multiple times and I got NO where. I am now having to pay to get my damage fixed independently. NEVER USE. Non existent customer services. AVOID.

Brilliant experience. Was paid almost exactly the online offer without any hassle. Yayah (hope spelling correct) was friendly, efficient and helpful. The building is not the fanciest but don’t be put off. I paid a bit extra to have the funds in 24 hours for peace of mind. Everything done digitally. Really pleased.
