Very nice guy valued my car way way too low for a 2 year old civic! Said there were 2 scratches?? Took it to MOTORPOINT and sold it for £2.458 more than WBAC valuation. Bank transfer done instantly with no deductions or charges. I feel so embarrassed that I nearly fell for it at WBAC. Happy to provide proof of my comments but am being completely honest for others to make an informed decision. MOTORPOINT only buy nearly new cars up to 3 yrs old !

Had a great experience with selling to WBAC. Amin at Whitefield friendly and pleasant and we were happy with the final amount he paid for the car. The only negative point is that an admin fee is charged and I have deducted a star for that reason. There are plenty of other dealerships who don’t charge for admin, so it doesn’t make sense for WBAC to charge £75. Got good service on the whole so I’m happy.

Good offer on my vehicle. Very nice friendly staff. Was very sceptical but absolutely the easiest experience we could ask for. Very straightforward. Paid extra for payment within 2 hours. Money was in bank within 30 mins, can't recommend highly enough.

Classic bait-and-switch. The offered price was 50% than the online quote. Reasons: only 1 key when I allegedly said there are 2, no booklet, and mileage slightly higher than I entered online. Went back home, started new quote with an updated mileage and 1 key - and got exactly the same quote as before. Also website doesn't even ask for booklet and email instruction doesn't ask you to bring it either. I was symphatetic with the guy working there but looks like they're just making stuff up. If you like being lied to and you don't like money - this the place to go!
