Called back to Garage for a routine Recall on my Ioniq 5 reception staff very helpful and friendly even though there was slight mix up on the time of my appointment probably my fault!. The job was carried out hopefully successfully didn’t meet Technician who performed the Tweak . Did ask a question and still haven’t received an answer from one of sales staff about car mats which were discussed at out set of car purchase. So that’s the reason for 4⭐️not 5

Recently visited garage, very helpful, explained everything and were very competitive with their pricing. I would recommend the service in both sales, I dealt with Curtis Steel when I purchased my i10, excellent pre and post sales, service, couldn’t speak more highly of him. Service and maintenance staff get full marks too, lovely, really friendly.

I took my car there to repair a fault. When I picked up the car there was no report of diagnosis and an explanation of what had been done. Beside the car had not been cleaned. On the contrary, the branch in Salford, Manchester, was so different. You would receive a nice cup of coffee beside the a comprehensive report of the diagnosis and repair and your car in tip-top clean. I still don't know if the fault has completely been resolved in my car or not.

Great staff, especially in service reception now there has been a change in staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Sale's staff are friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy like at some dealership's.
