Rob McClarence5 StarMy wife and I have taken our cars here for MOT's since moving to Bury 5 years ago, always had great service.
My car developed a rough idle, especially on a cold start so I took it in. Got a call back the same day to say it was an issue with the DPF and they have fixed it.
I was allowed to take the car away and run it for a week just to make sure it worked correctly before payment.

Thomas Wallis5 StarMOT customer. First time. We had purchased a 12 plate Fiat 500 which we were pleased with. It had 6 months MOT on it so we took the chance. When the car was due for the first MOT with us we took it to our local garage, Westbury.
From the initial walking into the garage I was put at ease by their attitude and knowledge and this feeling lasted until I paid. These guys are excellent at what they do and most importantly they are HONEST. I advised that I could hear knocking from the NSF of the car and that it could possibly fail. Well, the car passed and the price was reasonable even with a Bosch windscreen wiper needing to be bought. They kept me up to date and even said just turn up with the car for retest if needed and we'll fit you in.
I will certainly be using Westbury from now on as I feel they are very customer oriented and represent good value for your money. I have nothing negative to report at all.Monday 7th February 2022
