I went in to use the post office it was quiet so served quickly. The staff where helpful. Then I went down stairs to check for a magazine which they only had last months. I checked out other offers as I wanted to see what ranges they stock. I was pleasantly surprised to see what was on offer.

Rude Demeaning Staff Needed to purchase something but wasnt familiar with the shop. I approached the lady at the front checkout to ask and she turned her eyes to the side looking elsewhere while i was talking. Made me feel like i was wrong to think i had any importance or any right to talk to her. Found what i needed and went back to the checkout and the same woman was at the till. Because i was right in front of them it was obvious they were ignoring me so i went to a self-service till. Felt awful afterwards. Reluctantly i had to go back another time for the post office. Not much i can say other than disappointed to be in a queue of 20 people and only one person serving.
