'Let's do it wrong' I paid the Wickes installation cost for what was supposed to be a stress free experience - it was anything but stress free. If RC Kitchens and bedrooms (Ronnie) is assigned to complete your kitchen - run a thousand miles. Mistakes happen - that is life. But instead of taking ownership for his mistakes, the kitchen fitter made up one hundred and one excuses, including blaming Wickes for being cheap quality (his words, not mine!) and accusing me of tampering with my own kitchen. Kitchen fitter would roll his eyes and huffed and puffed like a toddler if I politely spoke to him about any of the issues. He became aggressive at one point and I had to ask him to leave my home. Once the kitchen designer has their commission from your sale, they will not care anymore. Tony B during the design stage stated that he would be here to help if any issues occurred during installation. When things started to go wrong, surprise surprise, he couldn't care less! He helped with one issue only, and told me to go contact someone else with the other issues, as it had nothing to do with him. Beyond belief that a national company thinks it is acceptable to treat customers like this. If I was to list everything that went wrong, I would be here all day. But just as a quick summary: - Kitchen fitter caused an electrical fault which caused issues with our heating. Had to call our own engineer and electrician to fix the issue, as the kitchen fitter and his electrician were not able to fix it. - Joints in a worktop which were not cut or sealed correctly- started to crack and come apart after only 2 weeks. - Cabinets which do not line up and cabinet doors which do not close properly. - Kitchen fitter disposing of his cigarette ends around my garden. - No quality control - certain items had to be re-ordered over 5 times, as they kept arriving damaged. Wickes were unable to provide a remedial fitter anytime soon to fix the issues left by the kitchen fitter. After a lot of back and forth with Wickes customer relations team and having to write to the CEO, I was finally given some money back so that I can now find my own tradesmen to fix the issues. Save yourself from the stress and go elsewhere!

I would warmly suggest not to buy paint that is mixed in the store. I have bought 5 litres last week and literally 10 minutes after they tin opened in the car making a mess. After raising a complain they told me they are happy to replace the paint but not pay a penny for the cleaning stating "This sounds like the paint wasn't suitably secured in the car during transport, as the paint lid was secured when the customer bought it." In other words, the tin was secured enough to be sold but not enough to ensure it wouldn't open up on its own. Also, they could not prove the lid was actually secured and on top of the paint wasted I have to pay 150 pounds of cleaning on my own. Quite expensive paints that can be bought somewhere else probably avoiding further issues. Nessuna descrizione della foto disponibile.

I had a bathroom fitting, and while the designer and fitter were great an I have successfully managed to get a bathroom installed - the process was a disaster - The fitting took twice the alocated time as depsite having months to order the stock and it ariving in 1 delivery (it took 7 and I had to got to the store and pick some of it up) Perhapse worst of all - they said a Hippo Skip would come and collect the rubbish - but they did not arange this and effectivly the old bathroom as been abandoned or fly tipped outside - I had to regularly ring customer service chasing bits of my bathroom on a daily basis and it takes around 40 minuets to get though - Go with someone else its not worth the hassel
