Lynette Brierley5 StarA professional company who managed the repair of my car following an accident and insurance claim. James kept me informed regularly as to how long they would have to keep the car and only asked me to bring it in once they could order the parts. They managed my expectations time wise and kept me informed regularly sending texts to update. Car was ready exactly when they said it would be and was a brilliant job; good as new , and completely cleaned and valeted throughout. The transition to hand over and collect was also efficient and speedy. Special thanks to James and Mike for being understanding and knowledgeable. I even got to see photos of what had been done! Excellent!Sunday 31st July 2022
Asad4 StarStill waiting for my car to be done. But over all service has been excellent. Will update once repair has been completed although I have every confidence it'll be done to a extremely good standard.Wednesday 13th July 2022
Melissa Burnie5 StarI am thoroughly pleased with the service I received. They were very efficient in communication and my car looks brand new after a smash at the rear. ThanksFriday 15th July 2022
Alan Nuttall1 StarWasn't great. Wouldn't recommend these guys or Williams in general. I find halliwell much better with more attention to detail and getting the basics right. Felt rushed with a part of my repairs incomplete meaning I had to go back to get a chrome trim stuck on.
They then blamed me for a chrome trim coming lose claiming it had been stuck on correctly and that someone had banged into me, causing it to come lose which is complete rubbish. When I examined this chrome trim originally I found no glue residue showing they had not stuck it on originally.
They even informed me that there was still damage behind the rear bumper, where the original repairs were required, meaning they have not carried out the necessary repairs and instead rushed it out and called it done.
The issue with mechanics is that you have to trust what they say and I can't trust these guys ever again.Thursday 18th August 2022
