Verity Wright1 StarQuite rude manager, saw a coat for sale that had a food stain, I simply asked what the return policy is and was snapped back at " it is a charity shop, sold as seen" I only wanted to know in case it didn't wash out, but was belittled by her rude behaviour.
Whether a charity shop or not I don't think putting out items with food on is the best idea, but her attitude was if your trampy enough to shop at a charity shop then your trampy enough to wear food stained items, sack the arrogant _!Tuesday 17th March 2020
