Chris arrived on time (albeit my house is difficult to find). He outlined his procedures to keep the floors clean etc which I appreciated. My chimney had not been cleaned for many years so he had plenty to keep him occupied. I asked his advice about a chimney in another room he checked it and said it didn't need cleaning. He advised me that I had the wrong fitting on the top of my chimney and replaced that for me also. He is such a nice man I felt very comfortable and assured by his knowledge which helps when you are a lady on her own. I have already recommended him to my neighbour. Chris arrived as and when agreed. Really pleasant man, and certainly knowledgable when it came to chimneys and multi fuel stoves. Mine needed more work than I thought when having a sweep. Chris identified, sourced and priced required parts, there and then, collected and fitted. The parts were much dearer on eBay. I found Chris honest, accommodating and really neat and tidy. Will definitely use again.
