Poor customer service! Having recently moved into a new home we needed a new fence and gate quickly for security and containing our dogs in the garden. The fence installation went well but the gate was hung upside down and subsequently dropped and no longer closes. After trying to get them to rectify their mistake over several months they refuse to respond to my emails forcing me to employ someone else to finish their job. At nearly £500 for the gate I was expecting better and very disappointed.

A lot to do for all. Well kept gardens, lovely trees, nice walks. Under 12 area, over 12 and adult keep fit equipment. Basketball court and football area. On street parking is the only downside.

Contacted Worsley fencing from abroad. They made it so easy, I provided no sizes, so they offered to take two different sizes to site. Changed the fence panels at a really reasonable price. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me replace the fence panel for my tenant. They completed the job the next day & also took the old fence panels away. Great service, friendly, reliable and affordable. Would highly recommend Worsley Fencing. Thank you!!

Just had Worsley Fencing back to supply and fit another 10 panels. Turned up when they said that they would, fitters were efficient and friendly. Cleaned up after themselves too. Don't know how they do it for the price. Thank you again.
