I purchased a Wren kitchen from the Atrincham store for £20,000 I had asked for quartz splashback/risers behind the hob and an additional one behind the sink in our utility to compliment the quartz worktops. The splashback behind the hob was delivered in 3 pieces which were not colour matched (I asked for a single piece). One is clearly a different colour and looks yellow compared to the white quartz piece next to it. It appears I have been charged full price and sent offcuts. When I complained I was told the documents sent to me after I paid for the single piece confirm it would be delivered itnthree and they don’t consider it a colour match issue (even though every visitor to our house asks why it is a different colour).
Wren refuse to replace or offer a refund. They even stated it would be too large to transport safely even though the island single piece is twice as big!
Be very careful with wren as it appears they cut corners to increase their profits.Monday 9th August 2021
