Really pleased with the overall design service. The quick order and delivery times were also useful and I can’t fault the worktop installation. Now the kitchen is fitted I can see just how good the quality is.

The design team here are actually pretty good and helpful but once Wren have your money the problems start. This is now week 5 in a half finished kitchen. Been calling at least twice a week and the installation team are absolutely useless. Seems like they can never get hold of the right person and just pass you around, put you on hold then promise a call back thay never happens. I realise this isn't the fault of the design staff at White City and I'll be happy to remove this review if my issues are resolved, but this is one of the only places I can find to post a complaint.

AWFUL I am still waiting for my kitchen to be completed after six months. Their recommended fitters are Barney Bodgers, to put it politely. They leave your room in a worse condition than before they started. Home and garden used as a dumping ground. Many parts missing. Once you have paid Wren don't want to know you, just refer you on to another department. This goes on and on for weeks, months and (if you go online independently) over a year. So wish I had checked them out further and I might have had a useable kitchen by now! The way they treat customers after they have taken their money shouldn't be allowed.

I found the whole experience with Wren easy and professional. After looking round the show room we decided to ask for more information and pricing about one of the kitchens. The staff member went through all the options with us as well as finance options. We used the VR feature which was fantastic and gave us a really good feel for the new kitchen. We were given a variety of discounts with the end price within budget. There was no pressure to decide that day. After thinking we decided to choose Wren. The finance options were available at interest free. The delivery of the kitchen was planned and delivered on time. The quartz worktop was planned and fitted great and gave the kitchen a great finish. All in all we had a great experience with Wren and would but hesitate to use them again.

Absolutely fantastic service. Absolutely fantastic service. From the beginning we entered the store the staff were very polite and helpful not pushy at all. They met our needs and requirements and very understanding. They helped to design our dream kitchen and even after amendments they showed professionalism and 100% fantastic service. Delivery men were very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend Wren to family and friends.
