Growing up in the 50's Brisket was regular on the Sunday Dinner table. for whatever reason in later life brisket seemed to dissapear. Much later (last 20) years it made a comeback. It has been a regular in our house since. You can imagin we had tried many different butchers over the years. I can say without doubt, the 32 day dry aged grass fed Beef Brisket, is just the best we have tasted. Nicely marbled with just the right amount of fat, it cooked (3 hrs) perfectly. The best Brisket. Just have to try the Pichana next.

sally rowlands5 StarWe ordered two of the meat boxes, pork and lamb. Fantastic value for money over everyday meat like mince, chops and burgers plus a joint and a big piece of belly pork for roasting. The gammon steaks are the best I have ever tasted and they did not shrink as this.companies meat is not pumped with water. We cooked the pork chops outside over a hot wood fire and basted with homemade Chinese bbq sauce.
