Had a huge shop in my hand, spent 30 minutes collecting items, go to try them on to be told the manager has decided to close the fitting rooms 2 hours before closing. Why would I go into the effort or coming into store if I cannot try the clothes on? Safe to say I left all the clothes. Waste of my time. Shop online in future in case this ‘manager’ wants another easy shift

The clothing is so lovely however the member of staff who was covering the self service checkout was rude to the point of ignorance. We asked a few questions, we said hi and bye and thank you, and we had to go back as our trainers were bleeping on the main door, she did not acknowledge us, speak, nothing.. But she was able to speak to and laugh with her colleagues. I'm sure she was just having a bad day but don't we all. I have worked in public facing roles for 27 years and I know you need to give good customer service otherwise you will make the customer feel intimidated /paranoid and upset.

Bought or my mum did, t shirt, drawstring trousers and mum bought clearance shirt dress. Busiest store. Only downside 1 person on the til, 3 on returns. Not really a good service. But enjoyed browsing, not paying.

The store layout was spacious, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The sections were clearly labeled, making it effortless to find the specific items I was looking for. The inconsistency in sizing across different items can be frustrating. Another minor drawback is the overcrowding during peak hours.

Love a bit of Zara shopping for both mens and kids clothing. Clean store with plenty of choice. Only thing lacking is the number of staff available for help, or staff are actually available but can usually only be found around the till areas.
