Staff so reassuring and Gluten free sticker on food totally reassured her, thank you! She even popped the sticker on herself and has kept it. Thomas Cowell1 StarCame with my daughter and was treated to contempt because I have an allergy. We had to wait over 1hr for our food. When I asked to see the manager they said the manager was needed in the kitchen. Huh? I thought the manager was responsible for the entire restaurant and not the kitchen. Maybe there was no manager on site and they couldn’t admit that there was no adult supervision. Only go here if you are prepared for McDonald’s experience with a hefty price tagSunday 17th April 2022
Frazer Pacy2 StarThe youngest member of staff was very polite and looked to be outshining the managers on duty. The rest of the staff were very slow. The food when it arrived was nice. For a place that wasn't that busy it looked very disorganised. The management just didn't have it together. Won't be coming back I'm afraidMonday 25th April 2022
